I love reading all the posts on Jo Flemming's page because they all say what our experience has been with her. She was our agent from the very beginning of our house hunt in early 2019. We couldn't be more pleased with the great job she did looking for and finding us the perfect home. I would recommend Jo to anyone selling or buying a home in this area. She is willing to look at properties as soon as we found them and always gave her honest opinion on what we were looking for and what the neighborhoods would be best suited for us. We put offers in on several properties only to be out bid and Jo suggested we should consider looking outside the box. Jo stayed positive when we got discouraged. We ended up in Olalla instead of Gig Harbor and could not be happier! Jo covered all bases, looked out for our interest and was relentless in helping us find our dream home. Our Olalla house is truly Oz and Jo was like Dorothy...there is no place like home and she was determined to get us there! Thank you Jo for a great job and the start of a beautiful friendship.
