I want all who are searching a Real Estate Agent, or Broker, or Appraiser - HIRE PHIL BUOSCIO out of Chicago, Illinois - he is EXCELLENT! First off, we DID NOT KNOW HIM BEFORE we HIRED HIM TO SELL OUR HOME & he has done such an excellent job, we wanted all who are searching an agent to contact him. Our experience was excellent please read on:There are so many realtors out there just to sell your home for whatever and move on......but not Phil Buoscio...this man is very passionate about his line of work and I saw every aspect of that during the process of selling. Mr. Buoscio listens to his clients and his empathy, to me, is an excellent asset to have as an agent, his passion & motivation is so refreshing to see. He will make your sale a priority, he keeps you informed every step of the way, his positive attitude is refreshing as well. He is very KNOWLEDGABLE about his line of work, he is an excellent "team player" with you & all involved in the selling of your home. Mr. Buoscio did an OUTSTANDING job selling our house, not only did he sell it, he was able to sell for MUCH MORE than the original listing price and that takes drive and positive selling and this man, Mr. Buoscio has what it takes!!!!! Once again, we did not know Mr. Phil Buoscio before contacting him to sell our home, I just want all to know he is a great seller, honest, and cares about his clients! We will definitely hire Mr. Buoscio in future endeavors...
