Better living realty

Phil was great helping me find a place to live, he was flexible with my needs and was creative in finding solutions that worked for me. His knowledge of the city and surrounding suburbs is second to none.

I had the pleasure of working with Phil on the sale of our condo in Lakeview and our purchase home in Riverside. He got us top dollar for our condo and worked tirelessly to find us the perfect home in Riverside. He is a straight shooter, trustworthy, and thorough. His neighborhood knowledge is extensive. I highly recommend him for any real-estate needs in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.

Phil Buoscio was the seller's agent on our property and exhibited poor communication and follow up to questions, minimal support in working with our agent to communicate our questions and concerns to the developer. He ensured us that he has a long standing relationship with the developer and sold many of his properties and to provide him with a list of questions or items to be repaired and he's make sure they would be addressed. This did not happen. Very poor communication and follow up though out the entire process and Phil required multiple messages from us, our realtor and our lawyer to get any information. Made our first time home buying experience more stressful than necessary and unpleasant.

Phil was the seller's agent for our home. He assured us through the entire process that he has a good reputation with the builder and would ensure all checklist items were completed. We were well aware that is above an beyond the duties of a realtor. Once the unit was fully purchased Phil was responsive for approximately 3 months. In the mean time issues were left unfixed for over a year. Through the course of that time Phil did not respond to any text messages or phone calls. Phil offered a service and failed to provide it. For that I am unable to recommend Phil as a reliable and trustworthy realtor

Phil really helped us get full asking price when we sold our place in Lincoln Park (sold after 2 weeks). He also helped us find our next home in Riverside, as we looked at 41 homes before we bought.
