Amanda stuck with us for a whole year as the housing market and rising rates created a turbulent environment. She never pressured us into buying quick. She has a keen eye for details that my wife and I would miss on some properties. Amanda is the first one to point out any concerns and would not sugar coat her thoughts if she did not like what she saw compared to the sellers notes about the properties we visited. She kept in touch with us for 6 months when we decided to stop looking to wait and see how the market moved and tuned into our needs when it came to house hunting. We were able to get our current house because she was able to put in an offer and negotiate right after her 5K run, from her SUV. I had found Amanda while doing a Google search for realtors near Topeka. Amanda had great reviews, so I decided to shoot my info to her. Within the hour we had talked on the phone, she had me send her links of houses we liked that were listed/pending/sold to get an idea of what we were looking for. She sent me houses to look at. My boyfriend was working a really odd schedule and Amanda was very understanding getting things scheduled around that. Within a couple days she had taken us to see the 2 we were interested in , she helped chase our toddler so we could check our rooms and later that night helped us with our offer on the second one! She explained the entire process and made it seem super easy. She was very responsive to text and calls and explained things that didnt make sense to me. Less stress than buying a car dY~,dY~.... She even included things for the kids in our gift basket. I cant recommend her enough!
