Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Segars Realty

Laurie has been instrumental in the sale of our home. Communication has been very easy with her and she is always quick to reply. Once she realized the uniqueness of our home she was quick to get professional photos taken and hold a realtors open house. We had two contracts dropped and she walked us through the workings and disappointments of that. She has been very determined in bringing the final sale to completion. She has become not only an excellent realtor for us but also has become a friend. She was highly recommended to us and we concur in that recommendation.

Lauri was very professional with me at the same time being so very caring and understanding. I am a very young first time home buyer and Lauri made sure to slow things down and explain them in a way that I could understand. It did not matter what time I had a question , she was there to answer it! Lauri also found the absolute most perfect house there was for me. We had a very long journey with closing on my home (due to COVID-19) but she never gave up on me and was just as excited as me about finally closing on this house.

Lauri was extremely helpful during my search for a rental property in Hartsville. As a newcomer to the town, her expertise and guidance was invaluable to me - especially since she found options that I would have been hard pressed to find on my own by searching online. She even took notes as we went around town so that I would remember all of the details but could still take the time to get a feeling for the property while we were there. When and if I decide to buy a home in this area, she will be my first call.

Lauri was super fun to work with. She was able to find us our dream home, negotiate a price we were comfortable with, and close the deal quickly. Her level of professionalism combined with her knowledge of the area made her a dream agent. She knew when to push the seller and when to pull back. She had our best interest at heart throughout our buying process, paying attention to every detail to ensure that our new home would be flawless when we moved in. There was never a time she couldn't meet with us or return a call. We highly recommend Lauri and are so thankful to have had such a wonderful experience!

Very delicate made our experience very pleasant highly recommend
