Better Homes & Gardens real estate pacific commons

In todays market it is very hard to choose an agent that is experienced and knowledgeable and that could make for a real bad experience but Benis is very professional and will watch out for your best interest. Benis is by far the best Ive had the pleasure of working with and he really works hard to earn the respect and trust of his clients.

Extremely professional individual with a profound amount of knowledge in the industry. I used Benis to buy and sell my home. He truly knows the market and is a no-nonsense kind of person who has your best interest at heart.

Benis is not only an agent but the homie. I was a first time home buyer with construction background and this man ALWAYS had great input and insights towards potential properties whether we viewed them or not. Benis was with me every step of the way from November to July and he always had my interests and needs in mind. Not only do I have an awesome agent, but a great friend too which is priceless. Any time I had questions or wanted to view a property everything was always done in a timely manner which was awesome for someone with a work schedule as crazy as mine. 6/5

Benis is absolutely amazing. I am a first time homebuyer and this process was definitely more complicated than average. He was able to explain things to me in a way that were not condescending and was very informative. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of at any point in time. Hes very kind and friendly and personable and had some great resources for me as well as a wonderful network of people to work with. I highly recommend!
