Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Green Team

It was great working with Kristi, very prompt and made our selling experience very smooth. She helped us through out the process and even after closing. She has very good knowledge about the area.

If I could give Kellie more than five stars, I would. We had one of the most complicated real estate transactions imaginable. We lost two buyers through absolutely no fault of Kellie or her team, and there were moments when the process felt exhausting. Through it all, Kellie never wavered. She was with us every step of the way, constantly communicating, problem-solving, and making sure we always knew what came next. What truly sets Kellie apart is her knowledge. Not only does she know the real estate market inside and out, but she also has an incredible understanding of the mortgage process. She helped guide us through decisions that many agents would leave entirely to lenders or other professionals, and her insight consistently helped us make the choices that were in our best interest. Thanks to her strategic pricing, expert negotiation, and deep understanding of the market, we ultimately sold our home to our third buyer and received top dollar. Looking back, I honestly cant imagine going through this process with anyone else. The highest compliment I can give Kellie is this: once you work with her, youll never want to use another real estate agent. We sold our very first home with Kellie over 20 years ago, and shell continue to be our realtor for any and all of our New Jersey real estate transactions. That kind of trust isnt built overnight. Its earned through decades of exceptional service, expertise, and genuinely caring about her clients. If youre looking for a realtor who is experienced, incredibly knowledgeable, fiercely dedicated, and will fight for you from start to finish, just go with Kellie. You wont regret it.

Thought with so many years experience the process would be smooth and polished. However the opposite. I did most of my own searching and was notified last minute on many things that needed to be done to close on my house.

Kristen was wonderful to work with throughout the sale of my home. She was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions. Her guidance made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Kristen to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Kristi was very helpful in introducing us to the house that we would eventually own. She assisted us through all the steps of the process between all parties involved and all of the legal requirements with care and support.
