We could not have asked for a better realtor experience! Keith was super knowledgable about the area and the older, quirky homes we were interested in. He set us up with our lender and our inspector and everything worked out great! He was always willing to answer a late night phone call question and willing to take us to view homes on our schedule! He was very nice and knew what he was talking about! He even set us up with a contractor for our fixer upper of a home! I would use Keith again and again for a home search! We have had a lot of realtor experiences in the past through renting and this was our first great one! We were first time home buyers and he guided us skillfully and paitently through the entire process. He knew every upcoming situation and when issues came up he was there to support us, and help us make decisions! We are now homeowners thanks to Keith!!

The search for your agent is over, Keith is the ONE!! If you are here reading reviews it's because you are trying to figure out if Keith is the right agent for you and I'm here to tell you that he most definitely is. We had such a pleasent and amazing experience with Keith, especially as first time home buyers, we had no experience and very little knowledge going in. He spent a lot of his time explaining everything we needed to know and more at every step of the process. The housing market as buyers right now might be challenging but having someone like Keith will make all the difference.We never felt pressured, he never rushed us at any point. He actually took the time to really try and understand what we were looking and helped point us in the right direction. Even when we felt like we were getting desperate and thought of just settling for a house he gave us hope and convinced us to keep looking for the right house.Since this was our first time it was really helpful to have Keith because he looked at every house as we were and actually in many cases, in more detail then we were because we weren't sure what to look for. He pointed out everything that we should be aware of, educated us and made us much better buyers. I know this review is a but long but I cannot express how grateful we were to have Keith as our agent and how happy we were with his services.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him if you are looking for the perfect agent to represent you as a home buyer.
