ZillowVERIFIED We recently closed on a home in the DFW Texas area in one of the craziest markets imaginable with low housing inventory and competitive buyers. As ours was a corporate relocation a select list of realtors was made available to us. We decided on Kelly as her calm experience shone through after just a few minutes into the interview. I liked the way she listened to our concerns and she quickly grasped our housing needs with regard to location - top schools, close proximity to amenities and gymnastics. As houses seem to be snapped up in seconds these days, she made herself available to jump right in and do FaceTime tours with us as we were out of state to enable us to have a chance at bidding on a home. After a few attempts, we were successful in finding a home that met our needs. Kelly offers a wealth of knowledge - from dealing with banks and foreclosures, short sales, corporate relocation and even provided us with contacts to begin repairs and renovations. She made an extremely stressful situation manageable for us by staying on top of deadlines and offering a discerning, clear perspective. I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Kelly was recommended by my lender through a moving program. From the very first meeting I could tell that Kelly was the right person for both selling selling our current property and assisting us in finding our new home. That first meeting went extremely well. She came fully prepared and documented with comparable homes so that we could know what to expect. She took the time to explain market value and negotiation strategies, what things we would need to fix to improve home value and how to stage to attract more customers. She then took care of everything from there on, including publications, photos, showings, etc. In a couple days we had our place under contract! Although that first offer didnt go through, Kelly had a back up offer already aligned which went flawlessly. Most impressive she was able to get us the new home we wanted for the right price and perfectly timed in order to move from the olde place to the new one with one week of overlap, once again taking care of all the legal and financial requirements so that we could focus on the move. I would highly recommend Kelly anytime and I will be giving her a call next time we need to move.
