I contacted Cathy directly in December about a Flagler Beach home listing on Zillow that I had an interest in purchasing. Although Cathy was the seller's agent, I found her to be extremely professional with a solid detailed knowledge of the market. I asked if she would represent me as a dual agent on this transaction if I were to move forward, and if not, to assist with future searches in the area. As I was an out of town buyer that was not going to see the property directly due to Covid restrictions, trusting an agent that would be honest and straight forward was extremely important to me. I actually did end up purchasing the home and Cathy was a pleasure to work each step of the way. In addition to handling the details of the contract itself, she assisted by providing a list of local home inspection agencies, insurance companies, lawn services, and even assisted me with home repairs that were not a part of the sale agreement. She was easy to reach and always responded promptly to my many questions and inquiries. I would definitely recommend Cathy highly to any prospective buyers or sellers in this area.
