Lynell was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was extremely attentive and communicative. We were very stressed and tired after our drive from California to Las Cruces, New Mexico with our 3 dogs to look for a home. She made the whole experience of looking for a house a pleasure! We found a move-in ready home we loved in 4 days!We had never done this before and had no idea what we were doing. She listened very carefully to what we were looking for and did not try to talk us into something we didn't want. She checked all the homes we looked at, pointing out anything that needed fixing. She had our best interest at heart.She clearly explained the whole process and what we needed to do, always answering any questions immediately and returning any calls and texts. She was also a lot of fun to talk to! When we went back to California to pack, she walked us through the whole home buying process online and on the phone, as we were out of state. She made sure that any little items found during the home inspection were rectified.
