There is so much to say and not enough space to write it all down. My husband and I are so grateful for Keith and his wife, Kim! We never thought we could purchase another home again after losing our home to foreclosure 10 years ago. Keith reassured us that it was possible. That evening of speaking with him, he had me in contact with Will to start the steps of getting pre approved for a mortgage. I was surprised as well as excited to start the process. Throughout this whole process, Keith and Kim talked me off a few ledges, were available to talk or look at houses on the weekends, and made our whole house buying experience easy and exciting! I had the pleasure of meeting Kim and Keith Squires as a possible realtor to sell my mothers home in Sewell NJ. I had met with two other realtors and decided to go with the Squires team. This is the best decision I could have made. We actually had offers within the first two weeks of the home being listed. We made a decision to go with the best offer and unfortunately financing took longer than anticipated at no fault of the Squires, but due to timeliness with Covid restrictions. Once we made the decision to move forward with re-listing the property, it took no time to have more offers. Almost immediately, to my surprise we had an all cash offer and closed within two weeks of the acceptance. Kim and Keith were wonderful to work with.
