Skyler is outstanding. He listens and figures out what is best for you. My daughter and I worked with Skyler to find in Oakland a small simple home with a garage. He showed us dozens (literally) of homes! He has a good sense of humor- which is helpful in any large endeavor. But best of all, he has wisdom in the real estate business. I recommended Skyler to my friends George and Julie, and with Skyler they hit paydirt and got a great home in Richmond. Skyler is a thoughtful, considerate person, excellent in all with Real Estate.

Cynthia Harris worked unbelievably hard to help me get my first home in a short amount of time this spring. As a first time homebuyer, I had tons of questions and she answered them all with patience and enthusiasm. She is smart, dedicated, and always picks up the phone, which I cannot emphasize enough how important expediency and availability are during the homebuying process! She really cares for her clients and has even taken the time to check in on me after the homebuying process. I highly recommend her.

Testimonial: Working with Cynthia was truly a great experience from start to finish. This was a journey that required patience, persistence, and trust, and Cynthia guided us through every step with consistency, commitment, resilience, and clear communication. Selling a home can feel overwhelming, but Cynthia made everything feel manageable and kept us informed and confident throughout. Her knowledge of the market and strategic approach really made a difference, and we always felt that she had our best interests at heart. In a challenging market, we especially appreciated how creative and solutions-oriented Cynthia was. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail ensured everything stayed on track through closing. We would absolutely recommend Cynthia to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She brings both expertise and a genuine commitment to her clients. It was a pleasure working with a true professional who enjoys her work and approaches every challenge with optimism and creativity. aEUR" Harriet & Richard

Skyler Morehouse was our agent for our home purchase in Richmond, California. We worked with Skyler starting in September 2024 while we lived in Connecticut. Skyler made our house search as easy as possible, from our out of state location, with updates on new properties coming on the market. We traveled to the Bay Area to do some house hunting in person and Skyler set up up tours of properties. We made our final push to purchase a home in January 2025. Once we found the perfect house, Skyler gave us expert advice on our offer and we were successful with our bid. Now we live happily in our new home in Richmond. We are grateful to have been referred to Skyler by a good friend. His approach to business transactions was so professional. We have total trust in his expertise.
