Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Reliance Partners

I am currently a new resident of a gorgeous house. And I can say that none of this would have been possible without Phuong Phan. When I started this process, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I stumbled upon Phuong via Zillow, and I was amazingly lucky to have done so. The impression she gives off is that she has a straightforward, no-nonsense approach to real estate. She makes sure I am up to date and understand each step of the process. With her guide, I was able to get a beautiful home in Hayward. Thank you, Phuong. It was a true pleasure working with you.

Phuong helped me buy my first condo and I really appreciated how communicative and efficient she was through out the process. She was easy to reach at all hours of the day and was able to schedule tours, gather information about properties and complete paperwork for me promptly.

As first time home buyers that were extremely uninformed, Phuong was able to guide us through the entire process while alleviating our worries. Phuong was patient and informative, they were also able to provide various reliable resources that helped us achieve our home goals. She is kind, professional, and most importantly genuine.

Ms. Phan Phuong is the GOAT (Greatest of all Times) of Real Estate. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Whats uniquely perfect about her leadership style, she not only helped me with finding a condo to purchase, but she also walked me through the entire process of purchasing an unwarranted property. Although Ive been a very serious buyer since 1997, I had never experienced this type of purchase. Ms. Phan conducts extensive research, makes solid transactional recommendations, shes truthful and outspoken (a plus), she ensured I met deadlines, and more importantly kept me focused on the required monies. I recommend Ms. Phan over and above the rest. She will be my family, my military family, and Is realtor for life. SALUTE!! Nicolle James Sergeant Major, Retired U.S. Army (Active/Reserve)

Phuong is an amazing agent and helped me buy in this tough market. Her candidness, expertise and communication were a breath of fresh air compared to other agents. You will not go wrong with her.
