Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Paracle

Tony helped me to find the best property to buy we searched for. His work is so professional and he's so kind. He gave us the best service and the best information that leaded us to buy our new home.

Tony was the listing broker for a house my clients purchased. He was honest, fair, and reliable with transparent communication through the entire transaction. He even went above and beyond to ensure my clients were happy. I would love to do another transaction with him in the future.

Tony Karak was amazing in helping us get our dream house in North Carolina. He made it easy and was always informing us of the process. Tony always answered our phone calls and text messages in a timely manner. If I buy another house I will definitely hire Tony again.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! TrulyaEUR|THE? BEST! With my husbands job weve relocated many, many times and as a result, have had many realtors. This is the THIRD property we've worked with Lorelei on and I can honestly - without hesitation say that Lorelei is THE best! Throughout the buying (and selling) process, I've never had to worry about anything. Lorelei is not only knowledgeable in the process, she excels when it comes to relocation! She really took the time to listen to what we liked and what we werent crazy about, as well as the price point and area we wanted to stay in. Loreleis communication and marketing are second to none and not only that, she personally vets every single vendor and resource she recommends. This gave us such a sense of peace, especially since the home we fell in love with was over 20 years old! With her help, we've finally found our "forever home" to retire in. We trusted her so much that when our son and daughter in law bought their home, they used her as well! Thank you so much Lorelei once again for your guidance, knowledge, expertise and heart. You are a true blessing to our family and I'm thankful to call you friend now!

Tony Karak is absolutely best-in-class amazing! He sold our home in the "coming soon" phase, six days before it went on the market. Full cash offer, easy. He sold our home, helped us buy our new waterfront land at Lake Norman, helped us with our custom builder and timeline throughout the next 12-15 months, etc. A wall street speed, double threat seller and buyer agent... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
