Living 900 miles away from a house youre trying to sell seems like an impossibility and certainly overwhelming, especially when we hadnt seen our home for 2.5 years and had been renting it for that time. Finding a realtor whose eyes and opinions we trusted seemed unlikely... until the very first time I spoke with Col. Rock. I just knew wed found our match. He was attentive and PRESENT throughout the entire process, and I couldnt be more grateful. Our house had a buyer within 2 months at the slowest time of the year, just barely into the new year! Rock not only worked early on with our exiting tenants, but with repairmen, etc., keeping me informed every step of the way. He gave his opinions and valued ours also. We were in very frequent contact - calls and texts - all hours of the day and night. Im not sure Rock sleeps! He made us feel like we were his most important clients. I would recommend Rock a million times over and would use him again in a heartbeat.
