Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Heritage

Craig was amazing to work with! He showed us multiple homes and had a very flexible schedule. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and county we were purchasing in. Gave personalized recommendations and communicated professionally with all parties throughout the process. Cant recommend enough and we are so so happy with our new home! He will definitely be invited to cookouts and I would trust him with any and all of our future real estate sales!

Working with David was a great experience from start to finish! His knowledge, quick communication, and attention to detail made the entire home buying process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend David to anyone looking to buy a home!

David is great! I was not from the area and he helped navigate every step of the way with local inspections, answering a thousand questions from me and keeping on top of the loan/closing process. He is very professional, proficient and all around wonderful person who cares about you and his community. I would recommend him 100%.

David did an outstanding job finding us a home. He is responsible, reliable, honest, respectful just made our moving from FL to NC easier. I will highly recommend David is the best

Craig was wonderful to work with and has a lot of important knowledge of the area being local to WNC. He was very patient, kind and communicative through the very long process I had of selling my home out of state and helping me find my new forever home. He went above and beyond, keeping in touch, understanding my needs in a property, sending information on properties, taking videos of homes, arranging inspections and even arranged for items to be hauled away from my new home, which came fully furnished. I can't say enough good things about Craig. I highly recommend working with him!
