Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Equionx

Aaron found us the perfect home! Throughout the whole process, he was helpful, open, patient, and reliable. Aaron was extremely communicative and easy to reach at all times to answer any of our questions. It was evident how much he cared about us and understood our needs. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. We highly recommend him!

Aaron Daniel is a true "hands on" realtor. He goes above and beyond in his services by providing home repair and cleaning services for his clients. He prioritizes getting the home for sale in great shape before placing it on the market. This really is a huge help in finding buyers and getting the sellers desired sales price. Aaron was able to find a buyer and close the sale of my Roseburg home in only 25 days! He also keeps in close contact with updates. He is very friendly and easy to work with. For all these reasons and more, I highly recommend using Aaron for your next real estate sale or purchase. You will not be disappointed.

Aaron has been a top notch human being for as long as we've known him. We have officially had Aaron as our agent for one sale and one purchase but he's been there for so much more. Our house was his first official sale (an achievement that I will forever celebrate for him and us) but if we didn't know that, we would have never guessed that. He has always been so knowledgeable and so dang quick to respond to our questions and concerns. He didn't only bring in the book smarts when it came to our transactions, he put in the elbow grease too... I'm sure we wouldn't have gotten the price we did for either transaction if it wasn't for Aaron. He puts in the work for his clients, his friends, and his family. 5 stars. 10/10 would recommend.

We chose Aaron Daniel to help us buy our new home and we couldnt be more pleased with his service. If you need a real estate agent who knows the ins and outs of the business, is willing to work with you (remotely or otherwise) until you find the perfect home and who is down to earth, friendly, patient and understanding, call the Emily Volk agency and ask for Aaron Daniels. We needed to purchase a home in Roseburg while living in Maine. From the remote tours to the contracts to the inspection and right through to the end Aaron was there for us every step of the way. Although we were miles away Aaron was always only a text, email or phone call away. That his response time was quick and right on target put our mind at ease many times over. Aaron is not only a knowledgeable real estate agent, he is also a really nice guy that is truly concerned with his clients comfort and satisfaction. I will definitely recommend Aaron to anyone who is looking to find their new home!

Aaron did such an amazing job for us. We had an idea to list our house and he was the first person we talked to about it. He helped us every step of the way from recommendations for curb appeal updates to closing. He was quick to get back to us with any questions we had and I felt like his answers were always genuine and insightful. When the offers started to come in he did a wonderful job of explaining every little detail to us and his knowledge helped us get and accept an offer better than we had hoped for. We will be using Aaron in the future.
