First of all, I want to thank you for all of your hard work and willingness to handle our listing. After a few weeks in a very saturated market, it sold with a very good profit!! For any of your future clients, they should know, this could not have been an easier sale. We searched the internet and Patrick Sheehan's web site came up on many different search engines time and time again we thought this must be a sign. We sure are glad we did, Patrick was always accessible. I always had an easy time reaching him by phone or e-mail. He also helped me get carpenters and professionals to work on my list required for the sale of the home and allowed them access to the home and was always available when they were ready to install something or finish the job. I have bought/sold five houses and this was by far the easiest listing and sale process I have ever experienced. Patrick is the go-to realtor in the Portland area. He knows the details of just about any neighborhood you could want to live in and can help you pick a neighborhood if you are not familiar with the area. We began working with Patrick after a very disappointing experience with another realtor. Patrick was able to meet with us on short notice (we had to fly back to TX the next day) and stayed in contact with us by sending us a number of listings to peruse, as well as emailing or calling to answer questions and clarify our wishes. He paid attention to our wants and needs and had a number of homes lined up to visit when we made our next trip up to Portland. He shared his knowledge about school districts, nearby parks and recreation areas, amenities, general safety and family friendliness of neighborhoods, even typical traffic patterns in each area. He was mindful of our budget without sacrificing quality and also educated us on what kind of housing we could get at our price point in different neighborhoods, which allowed us to consider neighborhoods we previously hadn't thought about. In addition, he is a wiz at the negotiation and paperwork side of things--Patrick made it pretty much painless and we didn't have to worry about anything.Patrick Sheehan is professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. We have purchased and sold properties with Patrick's help. I have high expectations and Patrick is absolute AMAZING and sets the bar for what your realtor should be doing for you. He is very professional and always willing to go the extra mile. He sold our rental property for us - when the buyers came back with their counter for an electrical repair, Patrick called me to tell me about their request and he'd already called and gotten a bid from an electrician, had a placeholder appointment ready, offered to meet the electrician at the home, pay for the electrician and then get reimbursed when our sale closed. I literally had to do NOTHING, everything with the sale was handled beautifully by Patrick. He also helped us purchase a piece of land to build a home on and is still going above and beyond to help us make our dream a reality, even a year after the sale closed. I will use him again when we sell our home this year and recommended him to all our friends and family.
