I had worked with 2 other realtors for a year and 3 month with no results in selling my home. I interviewed Cindy along with 2 others to re-list my home. Cindy was head and shoulders above rest. She was extremely positive, very professional, and genuinely excited to be my realtor. She gave me great suggestions for my home, put me in touch with a professional stager, and contractor to look and give me estamits on a couple things in the house all before I even decided to use Cindy. I chose Cindy the very next day. Cindy got right to work and and helped with coordinating all that had to be done to put my home on the market. Cindy and her team did a great job at premoting my home before it was even listed. Three day after it went on the market I had 3 offers to choose from and the deal was done. I could not be happier with my choice of Cindy and her team selling my home.

Being a first time homebuyer I was worried about the process of buying a home however, Cindy and the team at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate made the process very simple and enlightening as they walked me through each step. When I first went to their office I was unsure about where I wanted to live and the price range that I could actually afford but by the time I left I knew exactly which home I wanted to buy. Cindy had multiple properties picked out based off of my work location and my own requirements with cost sheets for each that showed the predicted closing costs, fees and monthly expenses for the property. They were there when I needed them and answered any questions I had while working around my schedule. Having a mortgage lender and closing service in house made it so that I never had to go anywhere except the Better Homes and Gardens office. Personally I had a great experience working with Cindy and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home!
