Maria sold my rental property in Country Club Hills in October 2022. She is an incredible agent who went above and beyond the call of duty of sell my house fast. She is a skilled marketer and negotiator, with a contacts book full of helpful contractors we needed to get the job. I got incredibly good vibes from Maria from the first phone call aEUR" we never met because I'm an out of town investor aEUR" but was instinct was right. Maria is a super agent, and the solution to all my problems.

Erin is exceptional! Shes professional, knowledgeable and very thorough in every detail. She guided us through every step of the process and always makes sure we understood our options. It made buying our first home stress free and nothing ever felt rushed or overlooked. We highly recommend Erin.

Very patient, even through all of our craziness. Maintained professionalism. Was there every call and didnt give up, even when we wanted to! 5 out of 5 recommended. We are closing at 3 today thanks to Scott and Maria! And I'm positive we have many more to come! So get ready guys !

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Scott and Maria, and they were phenomenal in every possible way. In todays unpredictable housing market, having knowledgeable and strategic partners is critical and thats exactly what we found in them. They provided thoughtful, insightful guidance that helped us confidently navigate both buying and selling. Not only did they help us find our dream home, but they also sold our existing home FAST! Their professionalism, responsiveness, and deep understanding of the market truly set them apart. If youre buying or selling a home, do yourself a favor and work with Scott and Maria. They made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless and exciting. Were incredibly grateful for their support and expertise we truly couldnt have done it without them!

I had a signed contract for a home purchase with this real estate group, only for them to pull it during the attorney review period because they received a better offer after the fact. After sharing my excitement with friends, family, and coworkers, scheduling an inspection, putting earnest money in an account, and hiring an attorney, they left me in a horrible positionaEUR"one that could have been avoided had they acted with integrity from the start. A major red flag should have been when they insisted on holding an open house despite our signed contract. At the time, they claimed it was to generate leads for their buyer agents, but now its clear they were simply using me as a safety net in case a better offer came along. Instead of honoring our agreement, they had me go through the entire contract-signing process while fully intending to walk away the moment something more lucrative came up. Regardless of what real estate law may allow, this is a clear example of unethical business practices. If youre looking for a real estate agent in Orland Park, IL, or the surrounding areas, I strongly encourage you to take your business elsewhere.
