Better Homes and Gardens - Homecity

Bought a house listed by them and our agent was from them also. We had a contract that the seller was to replace the insulation under the house and now 4 years later trying to sell the house and its costing us $4500 to replace the insulation under the house because it was never done buy the seller and neither agents caught that!!!! I guess they were not doing their job or just didn't care. We purchased from out of state and trusted the realtors and they failed us.

Joseph Ybarra was our realtor and we could not be happier with the entire process! We started looking with him back in January and didn't buy until May. He was so patient with us and showed us any and all houses we were interested in. I felt very comfortable and confident telling him what we liked/didn't like until we found the perfect home to start our family in! Could not recommend him enough!!

We understood the selling process could be lengthy but at times we heard NOTHING from our realtor during the process and we felt more of a bother when we would reach out for updates.

Charlie was a terrific realtor to work with on our home purchase. He was always available to answer questions, schedule visits and make recommendations. Anyone who needs a realtor that is there to help you as needs arise, Charlie is your guy!
