Better homes and Gardens Gary Mann Realty

Arturo was very outgoing and personable. He made the home buying process as simple as can be! I would text Arturo a home i wanted to see and would respond within minutes! He was very knowledablge with my many questions i had!! I will be using Arturo next time I need to buy or sell a home!

Arturo assisted me in buying a home in Washington while I still lived in Arizona. He helped my family communicate with the seller often (we were contingent on the sale of my home in AZ). He helped us when things didn't go as quickly as we planned... and even dealt with some unexpected curve balls with poise. He got the job done and we thank him for everything he did to get us relocated to Moses Lake, WA!Only cons - he never helped us get the several gallons of paint out of the house when we asked him to advise the previous owners about this issue. Now we're stuck with about 20 paint cans which must be properly disposed of. He didn't always respond very quickly. He didn't recommend anyone to help us rekey or do any home improvements even though we, more than a few times, said we planned to.

We been using Arturo for quite sometime for all of our real estate needs, he is very professional and knowledgeable, he is very honest, I recommend Arturo for your future purchase or if you want to sell your home. HomeMaster!

My experience with Arturo and his team was that they didn't just treat me like a client they treated me like family. They are very knowledgable and helped me a lot with my purchase. They directed me to an awesome nice loan officer that made me feel comfterble with the whole process. I really highly recommend Arturo and his team to anyone who is in search of a home. I am sad the process is over. I will be using them if i plan to buy again.

I like Arturo's working attitudes, very positive and quick! He is really responsible and honest!! He goes out of his way to make a buying experience pleasable!!! I would highly recommended him and his team to friends and families.
