Jill was an excellent realtor when I sold my home in Spring, TX. It was my first time selling a home myself, and she did an amazing job as far as making the process as smooth as possible, while at the same time making sure I made the best profit I could on the home. She was always checking in to make sure my thoughts/needs were being considered and met, while also offering strong suggestions based on her considerable knowledge of the area. Jill also went above and beyond during an extreme weather event that occurred while the home was on the market - I had already moved and couldnt make it back down to Spring to take care of some damage that the weather caused. I called Jill, and she was able to very quickly get someone in and perform the repair with no issues whatsoever. If I ever move back to the Spring area and Im looking to buy a home (or sell it later!), Jill and the team at BH&G Gary Greene will be the FIRST people I contact.

Jill worked with us for nearly 11 months to help us find a plot and build a new home from scratch. She took us through the process which we thought was daunting and at times frustrating. With her excellent local knowledge (including the area, the builder, the market, local school and tax system to name a few) and experience with building a new home (each steps that need to happen and what to look out for), we were able to find a place quickly and go through the building process smoothly. With the ability to grasp our needs and interests fairly quickly, Jill demonstrated strong representation of our interests, including negotiations on our behalf and recommending additional steps which builders would not typically do. Jill had a strong focus on customer service, not only being responsive and answering every questions in detail, but also proactively go extra miles to help us at every step along the way, including alerting us the things we need to do and watch for, helping us out in the design selection process (which very few agents would do) , walking us through the paper works and highlighting issues. We contacted Jill to list our home after reading her impressive bio. Jill has all the qualifications you could possibly want and need in a realtor. She is a fulltime agent and there for you 100% of the time. After meeting with her to discuss our home listing, Jill came over and spent almost an entire day helping stage our home. She went to each room in our home making certain every area looked great! She even brought over a couple of carloads of her own staging items! After getting the house picture perfect, she scheduled a top of the line professional photographer. This photographer took beautiful photos of our home including drone shots of our outdoor area and pool. The first weekend of our listing Jill hosted an open house. Within ten days we were able to get a contract for the full asking price on our home. The buyers needed to move into our home quickly, so Jill worked with the buyers realtor and we were able to close the entire deal in 21 days! We were completely blown away by all the things Jill did to take care of our home sale. She is absolutely the best, no doubt about it!!
