Better Choice Real Estate

Megan has been my agent for the last two homes I purchased. Shes always been completely transparent, upfront and honest, and a great communicator! She responds quickly and made herself available if I needed something. She sent me to an amazing financing company/mortgage broker and worked directly with him when something came up, making the process so seamless. She found me exactly what I was looking for both times, and most recently negotiated some very necessary upgrades to the home to be done and paid for by the seller at the time of closing. As a single mom with limited time and resources Megan was very considerate of my needs and didnt waste either.

It was such a pleasure to work with Megan. We lost out home in Paradise and was forced to relocate and she was familiar with the area, very professional and sympathetic to our needs. She has strong ethics when it comes to real estate which was extremely refreshing.

Working with Megan to buy our home was an amazing experience from start to finish. She was highly responsive at every step and consistently made us feel supported throughout the entire process. Megan took the time to understand what we were looking for and put together thoughtful lists of properties that matched our specific needs and budget. Her dedication didnt stop once we found the right home. Throughout escrow and closing, she was an absolute rockaEUR"staying on top of every detail and ensuring everything moved forward smoothly. She truly went above and beyond in every way. We feel SO lucky to have found her as our realtor and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!

Megan is awesome and we highly recommend her. She helped us from start to finish, and was very responsive to our questions and concerns. She went above and beyond to assist us every step of the way.
