Beth Frazer & Associates, Inc

Lisa did an outstanding job with the purchase of our new home. She was always quickly to respond and very knowledgeable of the area. I highly recommend Lisa OToole with your journey to buying a new home.

We recently purchased our Oriental home, and would recommend Lisa to anyone who is looking to buy a home. Lisa is knowledgeable about the area and shared her knowledge about the town of Oriental. She patiently guided us through the bidding process. Lisa has outstanding communication and responsiveness. She answered calls, texts, and emails quickly which made process less stressful. We are so thankful to her for helping us close on our new home. If you are looking for a great realtor call Lisa!

Excellent and smooth! She listened to my needs and interests without being 'pushy'. She shared valuable info with me about the town and area, which was very helpful as I went solo on my first visit/property search. When I contacted her on my decision, she sent me more info, we conversed often thru the buying to settlement process. She was professional, knowledgeable and available. I was so blessed to have her AND her staff as my R.E. agents. Thanks a billion!

Beth and her team are incredible. Theyre thorough, responsive, professional, and very easy to work with. We really enjoyed getting to know Beth and appreciated the level of support she and her team provided at every step of the process.

Lisa was fantastic!!! From our first contact with her, to meeting in person, and touring several properties, Lisa was great! She coordinated things with us and the seller's agent, helped with contacts for inspectors, negotiating our offer and she was at our closing as well. We love our new home in the Oriental area and cannot recommend Lisa enough! Call her!!
