Bestrealestatetex LLC DBA Nancy Best Realty

Ten plus, plus, plus!! Nancy was the most thoughtful, caring, honest, and extremely professional person we could have ever chosen to help us sell our very unique home! We stumbled upon each other and there was an instant connection and understanding about exactly what our home needed and exactly how the home should be presented to help find its new family! Nancy went way above and beyond any expectation we had to get us all (including our buyers) to the finish line! We would highly recommend her services to anyone who is looking to sell or buy their new dream!

Nancy was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. As a first-time home seller, I really appreciated her guidance and expertise. I followed her recommendations to prepare the house, and it paid offaEUR"it sold within the first week of being listed! I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Nancy did such a super job helping me sell my moms house! Once the house was listed on the MLS, there were many appointments to see the house, within a week, we had an offer that paid off an existing reverse mortgage with a little left over to help out my mom. She quickly replied to any questions I had, and she told me what to do to make it look nice. Her expertise was what hwlped sell the house so quickly!

Nancy was a dream realtor for us, who quickly became a friend. She listened to our wish list and made it happen. She knows the area well and took us to neighborhoods we didnt know were here in order to find the perfect house for us. We are so grateful!

Nancy was honest and prompt throughout my selling process. She helped me sell my home after I relocated from 4.5 hours away. She is knowledgeable and resourceful and made the closing process smooth for me. You cant go wrong with Nancy!
