I hired Jason to sell my home. He didn't write all of our terms into the contract, leaving me a bit bewildered. His assistant Linda contacted me a few times to take photographs, however, Jason was going to have the house painted first. I couldn't understand how Jason and Linda weren't talking to each other to coordinate events. After three weeks, I couldn't get Jason to sit down with me to pick out interior and exterior colors, he did not share any of the cost estimates, despite it being my money that was being spent, and he wasn't capable of project managing any of the aspects of what needed to be done before the property was put up for sale. When someone makes an agreement with me, by handshake, by word or by paper contract, I take it seriously. Jason held my house up for two weeks -- waiting for him to have the time to get me the contract, and then another three weeks -- during peak August selling time. Perhaps he is taking on more than he can really handle, and his inability to focus and organize is showing. He never gave me a copy of the contract, which is required by GA real estate law, and I cancelled our contract.
