Darius was on top of every aspect of this sale which was a probate making it more challenging. His experience in setting up the house so it would show to its maximum potential was essential in not only completing the sale very quickly but also getting the asking price I was looking for. He attended many of the inspections and even went above and beyond. I was suffering through some physical problems and Darius took it upon himself to clean out the gutters on the front of the house and take care of other cosmetic issues which allowed the home to have maximum curb appeal. He kept me updated on every step along the way, provided contacts for some of the work that needed to be completed once the inspections were completed. I could not have asked for a better realtor.
