I highly recommend Tom, he walked me through a long and difficult process with such grace and was so attentive. I put offers on 3 different houses, one after another, and when things were found to be wrong and I needed to pull out he was 100% supportive. In the end (the third house) it all worked out and we couldn't be happier in our new home. We have been here one year, and when I think back on the whole process, I am so glad I had someone standing by me to help me just the right property. If you need a good broker, use Tom Lynch. UPDATE August 2018: Hey everyone, I just want to update my review about Tom Lynch. We bought our house with Tom's help almost 6 years ago. I needed to sell it this summer as I took a job in another state. I called Tom and he came out right away and got it listed right away as I was needing to accomplish the sale very quickly. He set up 3 appointments on the Saturday after it was listed. All three were very interested but the first clients that saw it took it, they put down their deposit that very day! Tom knows how to bring in the right buyers. If you want the best realtor in the Berkshires choose Tom. I was spoiled by him; he is attentive, on the ball and makes sure everything goes smoothly. I realized when I bought my new place out of state that not all realtors are like this!! So don't hesitate to choose this great, hardworking, personable, knowledgeable broker if you are buying or selling a home.

Tom is, in a word, awesome. We had a tough sale: my parents house since 1960 that was politely described as a "fixer-upper". There were unusual issues like a potentially buried oil tank to working with buyers in London (a facetime sale) to the buyer starting demolition before the sale! On top of that I was not very local -- could not just run over to deal with things. Tom DID run over... many, many times -- a true life (deal) saver. And there were the 'normal' things like having the correct smoke detectors/location, suggesting local services like title v inspectors and a lawyer. At least from my experience in buying our family's two homes (and selling one), this was a tough sale. Tom was not only on top of things, but incredibly helpful, flexible and at all times, even doing more than usual, pleasant! I would highly recommend him!
