Berkshire Hathaway Professional Realty

We have purchased 3 properties with Jake. We love working with him because he is so responsive, and he goes above and beyond for us. We live out of the area so he is constantly sending us video walkthroughs and touring on our behalf. He also is so sweet to visit our properties when needed, and even meets with vendors for deliveries and utilities and such. We have also used his services to find a tenant for a rental home for us and the whole process was so smooth and easy! We will continue to use and recommend Jake for our NEO real estate needs. :)

Nick does all the hard work, so you don't have to. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and outgoing throughout the entire process and worked hard to make the experience smooth and painless. Nick's inviting personality made working with him very easy, and he responded to my questions in a timely manner to put my mind at ease. I would give more stars if Zillow would let me.

Very detailed and personable would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home. Answered all my questions promptly, if he didn'the know the answer he spent the time to get an answer for us.

Very professional, yet personable. Hard working. Would answer questions on Saturday evening that we had. Just an absolute pleasure to work with. I would not use anyone else in the future. I will refer him to all my family and friend, without hesitation.
