I wanted to share my recent experience working with Brad on purchasing an investment property in Wildwood From the beginning Brad was quick to understand my requirements and provided a list of properties that perfectly matched my expectations Throughout the process he was incredibly diligent in providing detailed information and consistently demonstrated a strong knowledge of the area We closed on property and I am extremely pleased with the entire process I truly appreciate his hard work and commitment to helping us find the perfect property

Brad was incredible to deal with We had an estate sale where a lot of work on the house and a full clean out had to be done He coordinated the plumbers dumpsters workers sheet rock etc All within 5 days He ended up selling the property for more than we anticipated and I did not have to do anything Thanks Brad

Brad and his team were great I sold several condos through him and they were super efficient and very responsive
