From start to finish, the buying process was exceptional with the Schnoor Team. I have bought many houses over the last 23 years and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. He worked with me for months before our house hunting trip, dedicated himself to us for a ten day period of searching, and then continued to work with us as we went back out of state since we didn't find a home during the trip. He contacted realtors he knew to see if any had upcoming listings because the market supply was so tight. We ultimately found and closed on a house after about six months from the start of the process. Jon was a pleasure to work with, was an excellent negotiator, and we had a lot of fun.
