Philip was incredible to work with! We were looking at houses in two different towns, as well as at 5-7 year houses and 10+ year houses just to get an idea of what we wanted. Philip made it so accessible to view and compare options in both categories, and eventually to narrow down the type of house we were looking at. We never felt like a burden asking questions, and he was completely honest and forthcoming about advantages and disadvantages to homes throughout the entire process. Also, as someone who easily got overwhelmed by all of the factors in putting together an offer, I was able to feel entirely at ease thanks to his explanations of strategies.
