Gatlin was phenomenal to work with throughout the entire process of buying our first home. As first time home buyers, we simply did not know what we did not know. He walked us through the process, answered our questions, and never made us feel inadequate for not knowing something, and seemed to always have the answers to our questions. He went out of his way to show us homes at times that worked for us, and that was often at 8PM at night or later. Gatlin is clearly very knowledgeable about the area, and when he does not know something, he is able to point to another person who does know the answer. He is well connected, and we were able to find our loan officer who is also phenomenal through Gatlin's recommendation. He actively helped us look for potential problems in homes, and pointed them out if he saw them. When it came to closing time, he checked in, to make sure that everything was set to go, and made sure we were comfortable with everything going on. He was always professional, never pushy, and was able to craft competitive offers very quickly. He was always responsive, and while we were looking for homes, he went out of town, but made sure we were taken care of while he was gone.
