Neal was a valuable and trusted resource in selling our home. This was not an easy process for us as we had lived in the home for more than 18 years and had a lot of emotional attachments. Neal was key in assessing the property condition and making recommendations on what repairs or improvements would improve the value without exceeding our budget. He was also able to locate contractors to perform the work at very reasonable prices.Neal had very professional photos and a video produced which made our home look remarkable to prospective buyers. He also included our home in multiple mailings to a large geographic area. Neal understood our time constraints and was great in ensuring we stayed on schedule to repair, stage and list the home.
