Berkshire Hathaway Hones Services PenFed Realty

Great experience - easiest house purchase!! Highly recommend Ed. He showed us a lot of homes and found us the perfect home! Would use Ed again - knowledge of area and pricing is spot on!

Cant say enough great things about Eds professionalism in marketing our home. With his vast network of West Ocean City it gave us a leg up on selling our home quickly, and when I say quickly I mean 2 days! Ed was there every step of the way and hes no doubt the GO TO realtor when youre looking to buy or sell. HUGELY RECOMMENDED!

Ed is elite in his field. He knows everything about Ocean City (where I purchased a condo) and was very helpful in all aspects of this process. I know he has sold big number properties, but he was still willing to take on my little condo deal. He made this happen under very challenging circumstances when I think most agents would have given up. Ed went above and beyond!

Ed was a blessing from day one. Day one, I told him I needed the entire process to be stress free (for health reasons). He told me to trust him; do what he suggested; and I would have a smooth, stress-free, pain free selling experience. He was right! He literally held my hand through the entire process. Even when I was 3,000 miles away on closing day ... Ed got me through it, and we got it done. I wouldnt recommend anyone else for listing a home ... and, after this experience, I am certain that he would be just as helpful and trustworthy when looking to buy a home. We bought in another state and he still helped to the extent he could. Great experience; great agent; great choice!

Ed Did an amazing job helping us find our condo. The best part about Ed was his prompt replies to any questions via text/call and his willingness to go above and beyond for his clients. HIGHLY recommend! Thanks Ed!
