We highly recommend Kate! As first time homebuyers from out of state on a tight schedule, we werent sure what to expect. We reached out to Kate who responded immediately and was incredibly helpful. Kate was on top of everything we needed and communicated with us the entire time. Within a weeks time of our first contact, Kate had made a list of suitable homes and set up showings. Fast forward a month and we just closed on our first home. Kates knowledge of area helped us quickly decide where we wanted to settle down. We couldnt have done it without her!

Where do I even start? Let me first start by saying, you owe it to yourself to at least call Jodi and talk with her before making any final decisions. While shes an absolute EXPERT in her field, she has something very rare these days- a compassionate, empathetic heart of gold. And given how emotional buying (or selling) a home can be, having an agent like Jodi is a must. I am a single mom of three middle-aged boys. I had many agents to choose from. Once I closed on my house, I looked back through all my text messages. And instead of posting a novel on FB praising her, I posted screenshots highlighting some of her text messages to me. I let those screenshots tell the story. To show just who Jodi is. But honestly, that came as no surprise to many- she is so very loved and respected in our community. Top notch. No wonder she continues to be one of the top agents in all of NH! From day one she sent messages updating me constantly. She sent inspirational messages when offers werent accepted, or things started going sideways. I lost count the number of times she reminded me how the boys and I deserve the perfect house, and she felt in her heart we would find it together. Every success was celebrated with a congratulatory, heartfelt message. Each day leading up to the closing I woke to a text message counting down the days (aEURoe48 hours, but whos counting!!?aEUR?). At closing, she surprised me with a framed picture of our newest addition to the family- our rescue dog named Lucky. So very thoughtful, caring and giving. At NO POINT in this process was anything EVER about her. Now that is hard to find these days! I continued to receive text messages even after closing. From asking how my first night was, to how the boys are adjusting, are we nice and warm, etc. You simply cannot find someone like Jodi. Shes a rare breed. My advice to you is talk with her before deciding who to use. To me, buying a home is far too personal an experience to go with just anyone. Bottom line is if youre looking for someone who is an expert negotiator, knows this town and the real estate industry like the back of her hand, knows all the right people (I couldnt be happier with the people she referred me to along the way, such as house inspector, septic, etc.), is honest and truly has your best interest... you MUST at least have a conversation with her before deciding on anyone else. We contacted Jodi in June (2025) requesting her assistance with three properties: One we wanted to buy and two we wanted to sell (one of which was out of the area). Jodi jumped right on the challenge and helped us to have all three under contract by the end of July and then closed by the end of August. It all worked out as smoothly as possible.
