Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Showcase Properties

Kristin is great to work. Over the past 3 and a half years, she went to different properties looking for land to build our new house. She got right in the woods with us checking out the land. Selling our house was easy and she explained the process as we went through it. She is realtor to have on your side for selling or buying a house.

Excellent! She made it smooth and always keeping us up to date through the whole process . Every time we called her she was easy to get hold of and always very helpful and knowledgeable

Kristin Kruger is the most professional, responsive and knowledgeable agent my partner and I encountered. Not to mention she came highly recommended. She kept us in the loop of things the entire time. We closed in 3 weeks thanks to Kristin. No stone went unturned. By the time we closed on our home. Kristin felt like family. That is definitely the type of agent you need. She gets 1000 stars from us. We love you Kristin!

Kristin was absolutely outstanding throughout our home buying and selling journey. From day one, she demonstrated an incredible level of knowledge, professionalism, and expertise that gave us confidence every step of the way. What impressed us most was her patience and persistence. No matter how many questions we had or challenges arose, Kristin always took the time to explain everything clearly and advocate for our best interests. She is intelligent, highly skilled, and truly knows the real estate market inside and out. Most importantly, Kristin consistently went above and beyond what was expected. She worked tirelessly to make sure every detail was handled and every obstacle was overcome. Thanks to her dedication, what could have been a stressful process felt manageable and successful. We truly couldn?t have done it without her. If you?re looking for a realtor who is honest, knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely cares about her clients, I cannot recommend Kristin Kruger highly enough.
