Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Real Time Realty

I feel very fortunate to have found Sig Ponce to help sell our house in Salinas. I know I wasn't his only client during the process of the sale, but I never felt neglected. He responded quickly to calls and emails, and clearly communicated with me through the entire process. He also has great contacts who helped with getting the property prepared for the market. Thank you Sig!

I recently purchased in Monterey and Sigi did a great job helping me. He was referred to me after I found a property online and requested more information. He was quick to contact me, and I would normally be skeptical to use an agent for a big purchase that wasn't referred to me by friends or family. However, Sigi's professional and easy going manner made him easy to work with, and I very quickly determined he was trustworthy, competent, and would represent me well. I had purchased and sold a home about 20 years ago, so I felt like I still had a basic understanding of the home buying process, but I definitely am no expert. Sigi was able to work with me, answer my questions, and explain some things that were not part of my last home buying experience. He worked our contract diligently, was quick to answer my calls, and made me feel like I had a Pro on my side. I'd happily work with Sigi again and recommend him fully.

Sig is great, he helped me when buying and when selling. Very professional, knowledgeable, attentive and reliable. You cant go wrong with as your agent.

Sig Ponce is an excellent real estate agent! Hes knowledgeable and professional, but also very personable with good communication skills. He was able to hear our needs and work closely with us, and does not come across as prideful or needing to prove anything. We highly recommend him without any reservations.

Sigs impecable timing and professionalism helped me and my family make purchasing our new home comfortable. He was always determined to find what we wanted and always approached every challenge with optimism and calmness. He not only gained our trust, he also gained our friendship.
