Damonian was up front and honest and worked diligently to sale the house. We had difficulties arise from the buyer's party and problems with the property itself. He was excellent in resolving the unexpected issues. I would recommend Damonian Pike.

Damon was excellent in assisting us with the purchase of our very first home. We provided him with a list of things we absolutely wanted in a home and he found the perfect house for us, all the way down to the color of kitchen cabinets I wanted, and the location of the French doors. :) He was quick to respond and worked around my long day work schedule. He even fit in last minute viewings for a house I just had to see. He was honest and very helpful throughout the entire process. Neither of us had purchased a home before so he was thorough with what to expect next and where we were in the process. I am so grateful for Damon and cant wait to work with him again when we move into our forever home next!

I worked with Damonian Pike when I bought my house four years ago and he did an amazing job. When it came time to sell in 2017, I didn't hesitate to work with him again and this time got to work with his wife Makaila as well. What a great team! I have bought and sold a lot of houses in my lifetime and can honestly say that these last two transactions were by far the easiest and best experiences I've had. When I move back to Salem in a couple of years I will definitely be contacting the Pikes to be my agents again!

Damonian was great to work with. He was always very responsive to texts, calls, and emails, even outside of normal business hours. I would recommend him to anyone requiring the services of a real estate agent and hopefully will have the chance to work with him again in the future.

Damonian is the best, that's why we chose him when we first moved to Oregon from Bay Area, California. We needed someone who knew the area well, who had high standards, and who was honest. We have utilized his services many times now, and he always comes through. He understands the market and doesn't ever push you into something that may not suit you. He's a great realtor.
