Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Professional Realty

Tobias did an excellent job with my property, we got it sold in a very fast period of time, worked out any kinks we ran into with professionalism. I could not have asked for a better realtor.

Tobias Schmitt has sold six (6) houses for/to my family members plus three (3) to/for my friends. Starting in 2010, he has been outstanding in every respect. Tobias is very honest, trustworthy, and is superb in advertising and selling homes. He is a real go-getter. Last year Tobias and his wife Maura became a team. They sold another family members home (making 7), and did a fabulous job. Maura is a real asset to Tobias, and make for an excellent team. We most definitely will recommend Tobias and Maura Schmitt to everyone we know as I feel they are the best real estate agents in the Dayton area.

Tobias and Maura are an incredible team. Their efforts resulted in a quick and basically painless sale, without undercutting price. They work hard to set themselves apart from the other agents, and deliver on this with their marketing programs and consistent, organized, and level headed guidance. Communicating with them is excellent, with quick and clear responses. I have already recommended them to friends... Thanks for making it easy Tobias and Maura!

Tobias and Maura were so helpful in our search for a home. They helped us go over taxes, had very technical knowledge, did research for us on all the houses I sent them, answered all our questions in a timely manner, sent personal gifts, invited us to a party they hold for their clients at their home, had great advice for mortgage companies, and overall we're laid back and not overbearing. They made looking for a home feel easy and not stressful. They were extremely respectful of our budget and our time. They made you feel like a friend. I would recommend them in a heartbeat! We love our home!
