Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Premier Properties

Zach was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with us throughout the entire buying process. With the size of our family, we had some very specific needs for a house, and he helped us find exactly what we were looking for, even in a tight buyer's market. We could not say enough positive things about him and how much he helped! He was never pushy, showed us more houses than he probably even should have had to, and encouraged us to keep looking when we couldn't make up our minds. Even was very understanding when we had to back out of a purchase after the inspection process. Give him a call, you won't be disappointed!

Zach was great to work with! He was professional, personable, and helped us every step of the way through our home buying process. He made everything as painless and stress free as possible, always taking the time to answer our questions and keep us informed. We highly recommend Zach and would gladly work with him in the future!

I recently came from out of the area to purchase a home and Zach was outstanding to work with. He is highly knowledgeable of the local real estate market, and one thing that especially impressed me was his attention to details concerning some of the older homes we toured beforehand. He was also very helpful in setting up a home inspection for me as I was not able to be in town for that. Zach quickly responded to questions I had during the purchase contract process. I felt Zach to be absolutely honest and trustworthy throughout the experience, and I highly recommend him. Next time I need to buy or sell in the area, I'll be calling Zach!

Zach was very professional and great to work with. He answered all of my questions and made sure repairs were completed before closure I will not hesitate to refer him to assist my friends in finding a home.

Zach did an amazing job selling our house and buying our new house. I think my favorite thing was how calm he kept us in the process while we had to negotiate with buyers suddenly pulling out and a moving target of a close date due to things out of our hands. He kept us in the know and directed us on the right course the whole way! I encourage any one to work with Zach and enjoy all the views that come in while selling. We had a ton of traffic and a lot of follow up on each showing!! Highly recommend!
