Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Platinum Realty Group

Brandt is a phenomenal realtor. Not only did he skillfully manage negotiations, he provided guidance and insight that I could always count on to be accurate while I navigated the path to finding and purchasing my perfect first home. I am immensely grateful to have connected with him.

Brandt was a real pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He is a terrific communicator. Prompt, thorough and a great listener. He guided us through the process well and went above and beyond with his time. With this sale being a relocation, he even did a final walkthrough via FaceTime. Great service, trustworthy and someone I would highly recommend and call again for future real estate needs.

I don't think 5 stars is enough to show the excellent service we received from Brandt, from day one we felt like he had our best interests in mind and would help us find our ideal home. He was super responsive in all our communications and his extensive knowledge and expertise eventually helped us find our dream home. I would highly recommend Brandt to anyone looking for an agent that will get you the best deal.

Brandt was very helpful in our search for a home. As first time home buyers we were not sure of what lay ahead going into the process, but were thrilled with how personal and approachable he was in answer to all of our questions. He treated us like family and was very patient throughout the whole process. We greatly appreciated his honesty and the fact that he was completely trustworthy!

Brandt is a excellent realtor. He is a genuine guy who applies your likes and dislikes to the houses he presents you. He helped us place several offers and was always present at showings. We decided to go the new build route and he helped guide us through the process. Again, he was present at every meeting, even ones I didn't expect him to attend. He was always able to answer questions and always followed up with his promises. I consider Brandt a friend and he is there to help you through this process. If you need a realtor, I highly recommend Brandy because he will go to bat for you.
