Chris McNelis and the entire team are extremely professional, responsive, and take great care of the entire real estate process. Highly recommend them!

I worked with Chris when I bought my home and about twelve years later I listed it for sale with Chris's firm.. Chris and her team arranged several showings and very shortly we received a very attractive offer which ultimately resulted in a smooth sale. At all times Chris was super-communicative and responsive and, because I had already moved and was out of the area, she handled many details and tasks that I simply was not able to tend to. I highly recommend Chris. She is very knowledgeable, dependable and knows the market extremely well. Whether you're a buyer or seller you'll do well with her. Thanks Chris!

I have worked closely with Geoffrey Ricker since 2021. He has always been reliable, accessible, quick to respond and, most importantly, honest to a fault. Whenever I had questions, he was always able to answer them quickly and completely. I would wholeheartedly & emphatically recommend working with him.

Highly recommend working with Victoria Swain! She's super professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. I felt taken care of from the start. Thank you ??
