Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty

Jessica, Darby, and their entire team were fantastic throughout the entire process. They answered all our questions, addressed all our concerns as they came up, and made the process extremely simple with all their behind-the-scenes involvement.

My son brought a home using Jessica Hood and The Roskelly Team last year. The process he went through was seamless.A As the POA for another family member, I reached out to Jessica, who assisted me with selling this home. The team came out and did a great job staging the house. The house was only on the market for a short time and sold right at the asking price.A I would also like to thank Darby Shumway, who is a big part of the team. She made the paperwork/closing portion easy, and as I said before, it was seamless.A We are so thankful for The Roskelly Team. I will recommend Jessica and her team to anyone I know looking for a realtor.

Jessica was absolutely amazing to work with throughout the process of buying our first house! She was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Not once did she come off as pushy and she would often remind us that the process was about us finding the right home for my wife and I, not her making a sale. When it came down to putting in the actual offer, she helped us strategically plan our approach and negotiations and ensured we understood the process. In the end Jessica got us everything we wanted, plus more and made the homebuying experience memorable and exciting!

Jessica is a most courteous skilled and knowledgeable Realtor you likely to ever meet. Every phase of the selling process went smooth and according to plan with the final outcome better than we expected. She and her team stayed in constant communication with us and guided us through every aspect of preparing and selling. You simply cant go wrong with Jessica and her exceptional team. And Id like to give a shout out to Darby her business manager who was always there to answer any questions day or night!
