Eric was recommended to us by a good friend of mine. We were moving from Germany, so all of our interaction was over the phone for the first 5 months. From the first phone call my wife and I had with Eric, we felt like we had known him forever. He was personable, knowledgeable, and honest with us through the whole process. Buying a home is stressful enough, but adding the long distance aspect made it more stressful. Eric answered our calls and emails right away. He made multiple hour long drives to the neighborhood we were interested in. He took pictures and video for us since we were overseas. He really went the extra mile. Eric is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. He is extremely knowledgeable and offers total support without any pressure whatsoever! I asked Eric to line up some condos for my husband and I to look at and we only had one day to spend with him. Eric lined up a full day of appointments of wonderful condos to view and even made a condo booklet with information of each condo. He went above and beyond helping us with the inspection since we were unable to be in town and all I can say is he is a superb professional and I would highly recommend him for all real estate needs!
