Christian may be well-suited as a buyers agent, but my experience using him as a listing agent was extremely disappointing. Throughout the process, I often felt pressured, confused, and unsupported before, during, and after the transaction. There appeared to be a lack of attention to my specific needs as a seller, and what initially came across as charm ultimately felt more transactional than client-focused. Selling a home is a significant financial and emotional decision, and I did not feel that level of care or advocacy was present. If youre looking for someone highly attuned to maximizing value and guiding you thoughtfully through the selling process, I would strongly recommend exploring other options. RUN dont walk away.
