Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty

The McNelis team is fortunate to have Lewie Aldridge recently join their team of professionals. Lewie is a long time veteran of the real estate industry having owned his own brokerage for several decades. Lewie has sold two of my properties for top dollar since he began in real estate. The first property I could not get anyone to effectively promote and sell due to its remoteness in the mountains. Lewie recently sold our residence in Maryland in the agreed contract time and at above our expected sales price. I would highly recommend Lewie for his professionalism and determination.

Lewie was fantastic to work with during our purchase of multiple properties in St. Mary's County. He provides sound advice from a real estate perspective, but his local knowledge and connections within the community truly set him apart. We're thankful that Lewie was part of our team!

My selling agent was Lewie Aldridge, III. Not only is he proactive, resourceful, trustworthy, attentive, empathetic but also savvy and strategic. He also provided some wonderful resources for contractors (getting new flooring) and was tenacious in getting me the best deal along with being very responsive and accessible. I definitely have and had peace of mind with Lewie's handling of my purchase transaction.

Lewie Aldridge is the best choice to be your real estate agent. He guided me through the process and was on top of everything during my condo purchase. He was very knowledgeable and got back to me immediately anytime I reached out. He checked on me regularly and went over and above to make sure everything went smoothly. I now consider Lewie amongst one of my friends. I recommend him with the highest of praise.
