Working with Kate Smith was an amazing experience We were first time home buyers who had moved to the Rockville area Kate was extremely patient and guided us through the entire process She has a strong knowledge of the area and was very understanding of our specific needs Kate was always available to answer our questions and she also responded timely to any follow up questions we had after the sale I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home

Kate Smith was able to make our dream of owning a home come true Kate was there for us every step of the way She was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question we had I highly recommend using Kate Smith to buy your next home You will not be disappointed

Kate was absolutely fantastic in planning execution and closing the deal She showed great confidence and understanding of the local and macro housing market conditions She explained thoroughly every aspect of her sales planning and strategy as they got developed She was a great agent looking out for her clients best interests We were so fortunate to had her as our agent to sell our house

2 years ago Kate sold my house when it was on the market for less than a week! I know location and price make the difference, but she helped make sure I got the price I asked. My husband and I met Kate when we started looking for land to build or find an existing home. We both had our own homes and of course different ideas on what style we liked, even though we agreed on most basics. Kate was patient with us; I lost count of how many houses and pieces of land we looked at, but she was so helpful and cheerful every time we wanted to keep looking. Mike helped with minor repairs, lawn maintenance, and even some of the moving. I highly recommend this team to help whether you're buying or selling!

Isis helped us find a buyer for our home in 4 days!!! Added bonus we settled on our dream house only 2 months later! I thought I we would be in for a long difficult road but Isis made the entire process easy and explained everything along the way. I would never recommend anyone else! She understood what was important to us and fought for us every step of the way! I wish we could choose ten stars ?? Thank you Isis!!!
