Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices of New England

Camille gave great advice and negotiated on my behalf when the situation warranted beyond the sale price. She kept the pressure on the sellers when the closing was delayed due to the seller's circumstances. I highly recommend her services!

Camille was hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with. She is incredibly responsive and efficient. She stuck by us in our journey to find a home and never gave up on us or became disinterested (it took us quite a while to find a home this suited all our needs!). She was always available for showings, inspections, or whatever came our way. She is incredibly professional and knowledgeable in her field. I felt like I could always reach out to Camille for questions. Camille was instrumental in helping us find and secure our new home. We are beyond thrilled with her work as a realtor. She is professional, poised, and incredibly friendly. We can't say enough good things about Camille! I would highly recommend her!

Camille is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to work with. She was prompt with responses to inquiries and with drafting the paperwork on two offers that I made. She made me feel like I was her only client. She even had to very firm with my attorney's paralegal when the attorney blew us off for two days on an urgent matter, and the paralegal didn't want to bother with forwarding a request that had to go through the attorney's office. Camille should not have had to go through the trouble caused by the paralegal dumping the matter in Camille's lap. I will always remember and appreciate the work that Camille did on my behalf.

I would recommend Camille to anyone looking to purchase a home. She is always prepared and reliable, which is exactly what I need from my team. With her consistent communication, experienced insight, and invested approach, she is everything you could ask for in a partner and agent!

I have used Camille Hudson for two transactions now. Both had unique situations arise where we needed to renegotiate the purchase price. Camille secured a renegotiated sale price that benefitted me greatly. I want her to continue negotiating deals on my behalf. I got both properties for less than asking price. Thank you Camille!
